Because of COVID everything is so different. I called when I arrived, and a nice gentleman came outside to greet me; then asked me to wait in this small waiting area while they finished with their other appointment. When it was my turn, he wiped down everything. I'm sorry I don't recall their names, but both of the employees in the office were very nice. My experience was quick and professional. I highly recommend this business for anyone who needs finger printing done.

  I came in for a live scan for the CSLB and this place is awesome. I recommend it 100%. I had my appointment at 6pm but I had a chance to come earlier, so I called and asked if they can take me in and they said yes. The process took less than 5 minutes. The lady even help me out to fill the paperwork. She was very polite and professional. By the way, the day of your appointment call when you're outside because all the doors are locked for safety. Call and they will have to open the door for you.
