What is the cost of a Live Scan through our company?
– Our Fee’s are $26 plus any additional government fee’s associated with the type of live Scan. For example, a real estate license has a government fee of $49 plus our companies $26 rolling fee which would equal a total of $75.
Do you accept walk ins or are you by appointment only?

Do you offer Mobile Services?

How long does the process take? What do I need to bring?
Appointments are usually 5-10 minutes. To avoid any delays, it is important to bring your photo ID such as a drivers license or passport along with your Request For Live Scan Document printed and already filled out.
What Forms of payment do you accept?
– We have the ability to accept the following forms of payments:

How do I get the results of my Live Scan?
The results are sent directly to the “Requesting agency” For example, an applicant pursuing their Live Scan for a nursing license, the results will go directly to the Board of Nursing.
My employer / my licensing agency said they never received my fingerprints. What do I do?
Your employer is likely asking you to provide them with the Request For Live Scan Document that was given back to you by one of our technicians during the time of service. Consider providing them with a copy if you have yet to do so.
How Can I check the Status of my Live Scan?
The Department of Justice allows the option to check the status of your Live Scan through their website.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer any returns.
